I completed a total of 500 clinical hours for the MSN/MBA program. 80 of those hours were with my preceptor Kassi Drewitz Float Pool Nurse Manager Rapid City Regional Hospital. The other 420 hours were completed working on the EBP project. My preceptorship with Kassi helped me open up my eyes to competent leadership.

GOALS
I have many goals for the future. The big picture goal is to stay with the Avera health system for my entire nursing career. Short term goals are to obtain a management job in the Avera health system and transition to a flight nurse in the Air National Guard.
