PROFESSIONAL LEVEL

I was average at the beginning of the the program with these competencies. The weakest competency for myself was business and knowledge of the health care environment. I was sustainable in leadership and professionalism. The most proficient competency at the start was communication. I improved the most in business, knowledge of the health care environment, leadership, and professionalism. Communication had slight improvement but this is my most proficient competency. The courses in the above section helped expand my growth in this competencies such as learning how the business world of health care operates. I have better understanding of how to portray myself to the business partners at my organization. Being a strong leader for my coworkers has improved as well this the degree program I endured. The leadership qualities learned will help me in future leadership decision making for the organization. I plan to continue to enroll in organizational leadership committees to apply my knowledge of the competencies learned from the degree program.
