HIGHLIGHTS

I have received high proficiency scores  on all my annual reviews from my civilian job. I have received crewchief of the  quarter in the South Dakota Air National Guard. I have deployed three times overseas. I mentor younger guardsman at guard drill preparing them for the future. The Avera Rising Nurse Leader program will prepare me to become a better leader at Avera.
